CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION ‘AND / OR’ RETURN / REFUND POLICY
From www.indiangolfshop.com there is no order cancellation. It is our endeavor to service your order as per your expectations. In the unlikely event where we have failed to service your order in good condition or is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging, for a refund or an exchange, within 48 Hrs. from the date on which these goods are delivered. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within the shortest possible time (i.e. 7-21 working days* from the date of cancellation of order). In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. But we will not be able to cancel orders without above said reasons thereof that have already been processed and shipped out by us. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
Please check the item while taking the delivery from our Courier Company. In case of any discrepancy or damage, the packet must not be accepted and returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip. In case of any other issue you may contact us on our Helpline Number.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
www.indiangolfshop.com offers a guaranteed replacement on any of its products if found with a manufacturing defect and notified within 48 hours from the date of delivery. The terms of warranty and replacement are governed by manufacturer and www.indiangolfshop.com cannot act outside the preview of decision provided by manufacturer. We will try to ensure an immediate replacement of the product.
You can contact our "Customer Care" before initiating the return. www.indiangolfshop.com may arrange courier pick-up for the customer depending on the location or www.indiangolfshop.com will instruct the customer on the process of returning the product.
Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the www.indiangolfshop.com or its partner's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he / she should refuse to accept delivery and mail www.indiangolfshop.comcustomer care and we request to keep your order id handy while calling as our customer care executive may ask for it.
In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform www.indiangolfshop.com within 48 hrs of delivery of the order and if the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of www.indiangolfshop.comto replace the order.
Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product(s) has been shipped to customer.
www.indiangolfshop.com will refund the cost of the returned item. Please note that www.indiangolfshop.com will provide a refund facility only for product(s) ordered from the www.indiangolfshop.com website.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
PROCEDURE TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To return the product, please ensure that the product is not used.
Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging of the product along with its invoice.
Please connect with our customer care via mail, call or feedback within 48Hrs. of having received the product.
The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product applicable for return policy and shall take the request for refund or exchange.
The product should be packed in its original packing and the shipping cost has to be borne by customer.
Please share the airway bill number with our customer care for records and tracking.
The refund process will be initiated once we received the product(s).
We will refund the money the way the payment was made or store credit.
Products damaged or used post delivery acceptance, do not qualify for the Return Policy.
We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.
Policy shall not be applicable for products where the delivery time has crossed 48Hrs.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts or not complete along with accessories.
Products having manufacturer's warranty.
As per points mentioned in the exclusion, we are not liable to accept the product back. Request to cancel the order and refund will not be entertained.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by www.indiangolfshop.comor its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
Orders paid by Credit Card will be refunded by credit back to the Credit Card within 7-21 working days from the date of cancellation of order and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
In case of Net Banking/Debit card, refund will be processed within 7-21 working days from the date of cancellation of order and the credit of the same will reflect in next bank statement.
For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund Demand Draft/ Cheque within 7-21 working days from the date of cancellation of order. The Demand Draft/ Cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

STEPS FOR PICKUP
Defective/Wrong Product should be packed properly. Mention your complaint on a letter and place the letter inside the packing. Do describe your complaint in detail for your convenience.

The Courier boy will give you a nine digit invoice # known as AWB Number at the time of Pickup. Kindly Call up the www.indiangolfshop.comcustomer-care, and provide the AWB Number.
Replacement/repair will be dispatched within 10-15 working days from the date of return of the product.
As a proof of our customer’s care approach, we arrange for all logistics and relevant cost to ship the product back to us. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you hand over to our logistics partner. Order & complaint details are required for resolution of your complaint against defective/wrong/features not matching products.
